About us
We are David and Leanna Barton, proud owners of the Play Street Museum Cypress since 2020. As a pediatric occupational therapist, Leanna fell in love with Play Street’s unique approach to sparking joy and learning through play—an approach that lights up young minds and fuels their development in the most delightful ways. As parents of two energetic little ones, we get it: finding a place where kids can unleash their creativity, dive into imaginative adventures, and explore freely is pure gold. That’s why we’ve poured our hearts into creating a space that’s not just bursting with fun but also safe, clean, and nurturing—a place where your kids can make unforgettable memories while growing and giggling. We absolutely love connecting with you, our incredible community, and witnessing those ear-to-ear smiles, infectious giggles, and “aha!” moments as your children play and learn. It’s such a joy to watch your little explorers grow over the years, returning to create new stories and adventures with us. We’re beyond grateful and blessed to be part of this wonderful community and can’t thank you enough for supporting our family’s dream of running this small business. Here’s to more playdates, more laughter, and more magical moments together at Play Street Museum Cypress!
For over ten years, Play Street Museum has been on mission to inspire the world through play. As we seek to provide superior quality play and educational experiences for young children and their families, each location across the country seeks to serve, impact, empower, and inspire their local community. Initially created and launched near the Dallas area, our passion for children has grown and brought us to your backyard.
Whether you’re visiting from out of town or part of our local community, we can’t wait to share all Play Street Museum has to offer! We look forward to seeing you and your family enjoy and make memories together during our playtimes, parties, craft options, and special events with our small business.
